On Monday a police complaint against the local MLA of Samajwadi Party (SP) Arun Kumar Verma and his associates has been registered in Lucknow as Arun kumar Verma long with his team had raped a 22 year women in 2013 and she was found dead now after few hours of the missing report and his dead body was found near the boundary wall of the district Panchayat Bhawan building, approx 50 metre away from her house. The case was registered by the victim’s father. The case is considered as a gang rape and withdrew the case in court.
PM Narendra Modi and party chief Amit Shah along with all their leader are attacking the ruling SP government for poor law and for the order situation in the state, the case has given fresh debate topic to the party to take on the chief minister Akhilesh Yadav.
As this is not a first time SP had done this according to the BJP’s state media in charge, Harish Srivastav. “The FIR against the SP MLA only adds to our concern about the deteriorating crime scene in the present time Akhilesh govt is ready to refer murder case for CBI probe.
CM Akhilesh Yadav, however, claimed that the MLA is innocent and is ready or all kind of investigation under way and gave clear indications that the government was ready to and sure about the result as he is not guilty and will accept the probe to the CBI. “If the victim’s father and family want the incident to be proved or searched by any other agency, the state government will consider the case accordingly,” he said.
Refuting allegations of the SP MLA’s involvement, Akhilesh said one should not jump to conclusion without and before the declaration of the court’s result Confirming that MLA Arun Verma is a close friend and member of the Chief Minister BJP leader Sambit Patra said, “Mr. Akhilesh Yadav launched a campaign for Uttar Pradesh elections from this constituency of Arun Verma, so naturally when you start a campaign from a person who propagates lawlessness, he shows what kind of law and other on situation Akhilesh Yadav and his government would remain in Uttar Pradesh.”Arun Kumar Verma is a candidate of Samajwadi Party from Sultanpur, which is going in the election polls in the fifth phase on February 27, 2017.
The death came to notice on Saturday night, a couple of hours after the report of women went missing and a search for her was started by the family and police. The body was found near the panchayat bhawan around 50 metres from her home. According to the postmortem report, “dark marks found on the neck seemed to have been caused by hanging.” The autopsy has also noticed a “congested viscera” as well. “Since the postmortem report is not categorical about the cause of death, we are seeking opinion from forensic experts,” said by Sultanpur SP. And requested not to conclude any result before that.
Police have registered a murder case. “We have registered a case under section 302 of the IPC against Arun Kumar Verma and his unidentified associates on the basis of the written complaint of the victim’s father,” said by IG of Lucknow zone, Mr.Satish Ganesh.
