Eight Reasons Why IPL Opening 8 Ceremonies Was Waste Of Time

10th season of Indian premier league is about to begin and soon we see the opening ceremony of IPL.  This opening ceremony is going to be the eight opening ceremonies spread across the 10 days tournament. There are so many weird things that no one can explain the purpose of it. But they say you can have so much of good things here. To celebrate Eight opening ceremony, here are the eight reasons that why it is just a waste of time everyone’s time.

  1. Shane Watson singing

The IPL opening ceremony gives Shane Watson the opportunity to sing in this celebration because he loves to get the guitar. But, nobody wants this to happen. He is a very good cricketer who has entertained us with his bowling, batting and ability to get out LBW. But on another side he is a singer at best and IPL opening ceremonies just give him an excuse to underwhelm us.

2. Awkward celebrity moments

Cricket is not so cool but we always try to pretend that it is cool, actually,  it is a game where load of men hitting a ball with a stick. We are pretty good at pretending that the sport with love is brilliant, and most of the time we are successful. But in actual when real cool people turn up at the IPL opening ceremony it exposes the sport for what it is. Remembering the moment in 2012 when katy Perry was performing She got Doug Bollinger to show her how to bat and the Aussie paceman looked really  awkward even more than a teenager who is asking someone out there of the league for school dance.

3. Wooden presenting

The presenting at IPL’s opening ceremony is more flinchy even than as your parents meeting a new girlfriend for the first time. In fact, sometimes when it is so bad you would be less embarrassed, if the ceremony only involved a slideshow of your least favourite childhood photographs. However the most egregious moment was happened in 2015 when Saif Ali Khan  made mess of his job with some news agencies and commented that he fumbled and forget the lines and failed to contribute something unique in opening ceremony.

4. Manufactured excitement

The fact is that the job of those who are running the show is to try make some idea of singing dancing sound excitement for the crowd of people who want to watch cricket and T20 has got brilliant and massive success since 2003 , when it was first played in England. Everyone find it cool but We are to made to wait for the game for 90 minutes while some Bollywood actors chat for no reason.

5. Motor bike accidents

In 2015 Shahid kapoor fell off a motorbike and tripped over his own feet while performing at the opening ceremony, at that time he sang out of tune. But it was still great against peoples interest.

6. Cricketers Dance

It is obvious that every year there is a chance that some cricketer  will do some dance performance. It is a exceptionally really a bad idea of Dwayne Bravo’s Dance performance. In performance champions only move their arms back and forth. It could be little bit embarrassing to perform in front of live audience and TV audience.  IPL opening ceremony doesn’t mean dancing by cricketers.

7. Memorable failure

The biggest problem with IPL opening ceremony is that no one can remember everything in one goes. Shane Watson singing performance, Shahid kapoor motorbike accident really presents a embarrassing moments and all these just set up a failure.

8. Forgettable success

Everyone knows if you do it in right manner no one remember but if it is little wrong it could be a unforgettable moment. No one talks about when Chris Brown performs well. All of that is lost in boring and mash up of speeches. Peoples forget when you succeed and will always remember when you fail and cricketers are not professional dancer and singers. More than anything audience love to watch cricket from players not their performance while singing and dancing.
