The results of KSEEB SSLC or Karnataka SSLC will be out today at 3 pm. All the students who appeared for the exams can be able to check their results from the official website of KSEEB (kseeb.kar.nic.in) and Karnataka Board results (karresults.nic.in). The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) will announce the result of Secondary School leaving Certificate (SSLC) 2017 annual board examinations at 3 p.m., according to reports.
There were some doubts by the official websites of the board (kseeb.kar.nic.in and karresults.nic.in) about the declaration date of the results, but now they informed that SSLC result 2017 will be out on 12 May and the resulting time is set for 3 pm. Yesterday (11 May), the PUC results were declared, whereas SSLC results are going to be announced today. The students who had appeared for the examination are eagerly waiting to check their results at the official website of the board (kseeb.kar.nic.in and karresults.nic.in).
Once the results are published by the board, the candidates can check their results by filling some of the basic and mandatory information on the official site. Result site may fall down slow or any technical error could snag hit as well, due to heavy traffic on the site, so the students must keep their patience level high and keep on checking with the gap of 10-15 minutes once after the results are announced. According to the figures provided by Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB), around 8.50 lakh students register for the SSLC exams every year.
How to check the results of SSLC
There is no rocket science needed to check the results. Students just need to open the official website of the board and click on the link saying “Karnataka SSLC Results”. After opening the link, the candidates have to add some details like application number and name. After filling the required details and cross checking it, you need to click on the submit button and the result will be displayed on your screen. You can download the result and take the printout of it as well for any future use, but this mark sheet is not the official one. The official mark sheets and certificates would be provided to the students by their respective schools.
Synopsis of the 2016 SSLC results
In 2016, the results of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) show that 79.16 % students managed to clear the exams whereas the percentage was higher by 2.66 percent in the year 2015 as than 81.82 % students managed to clear it out. Near about 7.58 lakh students appeared for the exam conducted at 3082 centers in between March 30 and April 13. Furthermore out of the total 52 schools, also including three government schools, where the pass percentage was zero across the state. The list of zero included 43 unaided private schools and six government-aided schools. The girls had out shined boys as usual. The girls’ percentage of candidates who passed the exam was 82.64 percent, whereas boys had to settle down with the 75.84 passing percentage. The Bengaluru performed the best in the exams with a percentage over 88 followed by Udupi in 2016 while in 2015 Udupi performed the best in the SSLC exams.
