Kapil Mishra Alleges on AAP Party That It Has Got Hawala Money

The sacked minister of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Kapil Mishra, who accused earlier Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of taking a bribe of Rs 2 crore from Minister Satyendra Jain, still continues at full speed as now in the third round, Kapil alleges a new of charges against AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal. Angry Kapil Mishra now alleged connections of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) with “Hawala network”, claiming that the party received money through hawala operators.

In a power-point presentation showed at a press conference, Mishra claimed it as an “evidence” that the Aam Aadmi Party received money through shell companies. “Arvind Kejriwal is keeping quiet despite me providing clinching evidence of his corrupt practices. I have also presented evidence in the Hawala case last Sunday. It has been one week, but no one from the AAP has come up with any clarification. It is evident from this presentation how AAP forged letterheads to shell companies. Even the letter heads were fake,” Mishra said. Kapil Mishra also dared Kejriwal to come clean on the donation received by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) from Mukesh Kumar by informing the received amount to the Income Tax Department. Mishra said, “I will prove two things.

Aam Aadmi Party gets fund from Hawala operators…They are avoiding my questions. The video which was tweeted by Kejriwal on Twitter on Thursday was fake. The Letterhead of companies, who gave a donation to Aam Aadmi Party, is forged. I challenge Arvind Kejriwal to tell the Income Tax Department that the donation was received from Mukesh Kumar. Mukesh Kumar’s company is a bank defaulter. How can he donate Rs 2 crore to Aam Aadmi Party?” Mishra claimed it pure nonsense made by Mukesh Kumar of having donated Rs 2 crore to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He claimed that the big conspiracy was plotted by Kejriwal to cover up the identity of Hem Prakash Sharma, who is the director in several companies.

“Mukesh Kumar’s company is also VAT defaulter. Instead of paying VAT to Delhi government, the company donated money to the party. Delhi government had issued a notice to SKN associates, which later donated money to Aam Aadmi Party. Why doesn’t the Chief Minister give an answer? Kejriwal will have to leave the country the day party leaders’ foreign trips come to light,” Mishra added. Sacked minister Kapil Mishra also claimed that Arvind Kejriwal opposes the move of demonetization as he is frightened that his money laundering attempts would be destroyed. “Why had he (Kejriwal) fiercely opposed demonetization? Why did he travel across the country against the move? Because his men, who hoard black money, were being raided by enforcement agencies,” claimed Mishra.

The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) had recorded the detailed statement of Mishra on the water tank “scam” and he was to be questioned today as well, but he had sought to reschedule of it due to some personal reasons. Mishra will be questioned by next week. AAP supremo Kejriwal’s private secretary Bibhav Kumar was questioned on Thursday the ACB on the connection of water tanker “scam” as well. Mishra claimed again that he will put Kejriwal behind the bar soon. “Aam Aadmi Party gets fund from Hawala operator… Arvind Kejriwal’s collar is in my hand. He will go to Tihar,” said Mishra.

He claimed that the video tweeted by Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday was a fake one. Mishra said that 16 shell companies deposited money’s worth of crores in the Aam Aadmi Party’s AAP bank accounts. Sacked minister Mishra said, “These fake companies are registered in the name of the AAP MLA from Moti Nagar, Shivcharan Goyal. These companies have given Rs. two crores to Kejriwal. The funds received from these companies were sent to the same branch of Axis Bank where there were allegations of converting black money into white at the time of demonetization.”

After numerous allegations against Arvind Kejriwal, Mishra claimed that the Income Tax authorities have started probing on the fake companies registered in the name of AAP MLA Shivcharan Goyal. He further said that Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal is trying hard to save Hem Prakash Sharma (director in several companies). Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party is facing the internal breakdown since its loss in the assembly elections in Punjab and Goa where the Party was hoping to form the government. After the bad results in Delhi MCD elections, things become worse for the party. Some of the party leaders voiced against the party on the issue of fault in EVMs (Electronic Voting Machine).

After all of this drama, sacked Minister Mishra alleged Delhi CM Kejriwal and Satyendra Jain of exchanging unaccounted money. He claimed that Jain had helped Kejriwal’s relative in providing them some land deals and getting civic contracts. Mishra had recently gone on 6-day hunger strike as well and was demanding a reply from the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He later had to break his hunger strike. On the other hand, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain has filed a defamation case against sacked minister Kapil Mishra and MLA Manjinder Sirsa. This internal distention had affected the Aam Aadmi Party and the faith of its follower badly. It is the perfect time for Arvind Kejriwal and his party to introspect and solve all the internal issues of the party.
