As Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is busy in shooting of his upcoming movie Tiger Zinda Hai in Abu Dhabi, he was not able to attend the launch of the first song from his forthcoming film Tubelight.
Kabir khan who was the director of Tubelight, attended the launch of first song with music composer Pritam, lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya and choreographer Remo D’souza and asked why Salman khan was not present on this occasion than Kabir Khan replied that Salman is busy shooting in Abu Dhabi for his film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. We will meet again, When he will come back. On this occasion kabir khan said, “ To promote film’s music this month we will be leaving for Dubai and release the trailer on 25th May.”
Choreographer Remo D’souza said he enjoyed the company of salman along and 1000 dancers who worked in song “Radio“ in this movie. Pritam also said,” I tried to capture the musical arrangement from the era of 1960s as the film is set in that time. I did the arrangement of instrumentation of the song according to this. Since I have been working with Kabir form some time therefore i understand his musical sensibility really better.
Bhattacharya said when asked about why he chose radio as an element of the song he said,” During that era Radio was a very common and an important medium he said ,how can I write ‘DJ wala babu‘ for a 1960s’ song?”
Kabir Khan asked that the movie is an official adaptation of the movie “Little Boy. This movie was released in 2015 which was the story of the religious boy. We love the idea and that is why we bought the rights of the story from the makers, and used it in our film that has war and history.” While the movie is all set to release on 23 June. Also the kabir said that the movie will also release in china and the team is processing for that release.
