On sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses about his four-nation tour to Germany, Spain, Russia and France that will begin from tomorrow whose main aim is on the India’s economic espousal with these nations and inviting more investment from them in future.
On tuesday, he arrived to the capital of Spanish Madrid on the second nation of his six-day, four-nation tour aimed at inviting more investment for India’s transformation. “Landed in Spain, marking the start of a very important visit aimed at improving the economic and the cultural relations with the Spain,” after landing in Madrid, Modi tweeted in English and Spanish. Since 1988 Modi’s visit to Spain will be the first visit by any Indian prime minister.
Modi said that he along with Merkel will “chart out a future roadmap of cooperation with focus on trade and investment, , innovation and science and , urban and civil aviation, skill development, clean energy, development cooperation,technology,infrastructure, railways,health and alternative medicine, “Describing Germany as a valuable partner, the prime security and counter-terrorism minister said, “German competencies fit well with my vision for India’s transformation.”

Prime Minister Modi arrives in Madrid is the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister in nearly last three decades.”. Modi will attend a special meeting with Mariano Rajoy his Spanish counterpart on the way to strengthen his bilateral engagement, including in the high-tech sector. Modi will also call on the King Felipe VI of the Spain.
Modi will also join a round-table conference with the leading Spanish business leaders who are interested in investing in India. In a statement by the ministry of external affairs it is said that Prime minister’s visit to Spain will add further fortitude to the existing warm and a common India-Spain bilateral ties,”.
After his tour to spain he, will directly go to Russia- St Petersburg on June 1 where he will attend the 18th India-Russia annual Summit with Vladimir Putin, the Russian President and on next day he will also attend the St Petersburg International Economic Forum. On 2 and 3 june, the prime minister will take officials talks with the newly elected French President Emmanuel Macron as he will be in Paris with a view to further make India-France strategic ties more stronger.
The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel and Modi will also go for attending the fourth Inter-Governmental Consultations (IGC) during which the two leaders reviewed the entire gamut of bilateral relations and the two sides inked 12 agreements/Memorandum of Understandings (MoU).
