2017 CSIR UGC NET admit card its likely to be released by tomorrow i.e Friday, CSIR NET exam is just 10 days away, the exam is going to be held on 18th of June. CSIR UGC NET 2017 examination Admit card for the applicants will be uploaded in the official website. The Human Resource Development Group, Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) is expecting CSIR UGC NET to release the admit card in two days. National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted twice in a year by University of Grant Commission (currently by CBSE on the behalf of UGC) and CSIR. UGC NET exam covers 84 subjects, Exam councils finds it’s difficult to manage because it covers a very huge field of subjects. Whereas CSIR UGC NET covers only five subjects. The Joint exam conducted by CSIR UGC NET for Chemical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences subjects. According to the exam function CSIR is among the primary field of science.
Join CSIR-UGC NET 2017 exam is conducted by CSIR just to test the candidates talent and to make them more determined for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and also and for the eligibility criteria determined for the appointment of Lecturers through NET exams in different subject areas can also fall under the faculty of Science & Technology. After exams two merit lists will be released by CSIR (one for JRF and another for Lectureship) which will be based on the performance the candidates has soon in exam.
CISR UGC NET 2017 exam consist of single paper carrying 200 marks and the questions will be based on the subjects which will be divided into three groups A, B and C.
- Group A will carry common questions which will be common to all, it will consist of General Aptitude, logical reasoning, graphical analysis, analytical and numerical ability, etc.
- Group B will consist of subject-related multiple choice questions
- Group C will consist of higher value questions that may test the candidate’s knowledge of scientific concepts and/ or application of scientific concepts

UGC NET 2017 exam will be conducted in two shifts on 18th of June. Morning Paper timing is from 9 am to 12 noon, and the afternoon shift paper will be conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm. The test will be conducted in 27 centers/ cities, namely, Bangalore, Bhavnagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guntur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Jorhat, Karaikudi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Nagpur, Pilani, Pune, Raipur, Roorkee, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur, and Varanasi.
Through CSIR UGC NET admit card candidates can know about their test shift timing and venue details. It’s compulsorily for every candidate to download NET admit card from the official website, as no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without admit card.
CSIR recently released a notice for those candidates who could not upload the photographs and signatures even during the extended time limit shall be allowed to appear in the June 2017 exam on the basis of provisional admit cards, but the candidates should have submitted the valid applications with applicable examination fee.
