MSDU, PTET 2017 College Allotment Result has been Released

PTET 2017 entrance result has been released yesterday (1 July, 2017). Students who were eagerly waiting for the result can download their respective allotted result. The allotment was to be released on June 30, 2017 at 5 pm but was published on the night of July 1.

Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU) issued the allotment letter to candidates who are participating in the counselling for admission to PTET 2017 and four year integrated pre-B.A. B.Ed and B.Sc. B.Ed courses. Amid these developments, the schedule of release of PTET seat and college allotment was also changed.

Students can download their result from the official website, students by entering into their personal panel and entering their roll number and other necessary details can download their 2017 PTET allotment entrance result easily.

MDSU, Ajmer PTET 2017 entrance examination was held on May 14, and the result for the said exam was released on May 31, 2017. And the detailed notification for the commencement of counselling was issued on June 3 wherein it was noted that the registrations for counselling and college allotment process will be done between June 5 to June 26. However, the process was extended by two days so the candidates got time to make payment for counselling fees and even for the option entry till June 30, 2017.

In the first round of counselling, candidates have been allotted seats in the colleges based on their place in the merit and also considering the options entered by them during the registration for PTET counselling 2017. The merit is further based on a candidate’s performance in the entrance test.

Every year thousands of students register themselves under PTET and this year 2.15 lakh students applied under 2017 PTET examination and more 29,600 students registered for pre-B.A. B.Ed and B.Sc. B.Ed admissions onto the academic session starting from 2017. But the seats available for admission through PTET 2017 is only near 95 thousand only.

The candidates who have been allotted a college/seat and if they are satisfied with the seat allotment can register themselves into it, as they have to carry the admission procedure and by completing those formalities laid forth by MDSU within next 8 days. The students have to report in the allotted colleges between July 2 to July 9, 2017. And the Admission is Rs 22,000/- students should must pay their college fee within the specified dates which will be notified by Monday morning. And if they don’t the seat allotted to them will be cancelled in the next round.

The students who are not satisfied with the allotted seat didn’t need to worry as because they will get the chance to change their options from July 10, within a two days duration and the allotment of college and seats after upward movement will be released tentatively on July 13. The entire schedule that was notified originally has been delayed by a day. The dates mentioned have been fetched by sources and the official notice for further scheduled should be released soon. Apart from the first round of college allotment, two more rounds will be done which will involve applying for upward movement. And there is full chances for the further additional round.
