To take admission in 470 Medical and 308 Dental Courses, Counseling of the National Eligibility Entrance Examination (NEET) 2017 of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started For this, registration and selection of the subjects will be held from July 3 to 11 July 5. After this the allotment of the seat will be held on 13 and 14 July in the first counseling 2017. The result of which will come on July 15. Students will have to report in colleges from July 16 to July 22. Students can get information related to counseling at www.mcc.nic.in website.
The second counseling of 2017 will take place from August 1 to 4. Allotment of the seat will be between August 5 and 7. The outcome will be known on August 8. Students will have to report in the colleges from 9th August to 16th August. After this, the vacant seats will be transferred to the state quota.
A total of 11,38,890 students were admitted in the examination conducted on May 7, out of which 6,11,539 passed the Medical Entrance Examination. Of these, 2,66,221 are male candidates whereas 3,45,313 are women. Eight homosexuals were also involved in the examination, out of which five have passed.
