2017 ITI merit list for admissions to the Industrial Training Institutes has been released today (12 July, 2017) by Telangana State in the official website. So the long wait of student come to an end as now students can know about their allotted result. The Department today has released the TS ITI merit list 2017 for the registered students. Previously it was announced that the merit list will be released on 5th July 2017, but due to some inconvenience it was delayed and has been released today.
Students can download their respective result from the official website, Students by logging into their personal panel and entering their roll number and other necessary details can easily download their result.
The Department of Employment and Training, Government of Telangana is holding the online admission process for all government and private ITIs for the academic session 2017-18, which is divided into following ways:
- 54 government ITIs
- 222 Private ITIs affiliated to National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) in Telangana
Overall there are 26 Engineering and 11 Non-Engineering trades with 4-semester & 2-semester duration in the ITIs of Telangana. The students will be admitted to these ITIs only on the basis of Telangana ITI merit list which has been released today. The provisional allotment of seats will be done on the basis of merit-cum-reservation and as per the preferential order of options exercised by the candidates.
The students allotted a seat in ITI will have to download the provisional seat allotment letter from the website and report at the allotted ITI along with the seat allotment letter and all original documents. At the time of online registration window, the SSC pass students were asked to fill the application form through online mode. The applicants were required to fill the online application form and enter the marks obtained by them in the SSC examination. By considering the SSC marks of all the applicants, the Department has prepared ITI merit list. The actual admissions / allotment of seats in ITIs will be done through the merit list only.
