PGCET 2017 the provisional answer keys of the Common Entrance Test has been released in the official website, as all the papers under Karnataka Post Graduate have been finally published by KEA. So the students who were eagerly waiting for the anwer keys can now check the PGCET 2017 answer key.
Students download the answer keys from the official website, Students by entering into the official website can get the released answer pad of KEA PGCET 2017.
Every year thousands of students register themselves under PGCET examination, And this year reportedly, around 40,000 students have taken PGCET 2017. The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) had conducted the entrance test on 1st & 2nd July and while usually the authority releases the answer keys three days after the exam, the same schedule was not followed this time. Based on the marks scored by the candidates in PGCET 2017, KEA will prepare separate merit lists for each course and all the admissions to the seats will be based on the PGCET merit list.
KEA has published the provisional answer keys of PGCET 2017 separately for all 13 papers, which are as following:
- Environmental Engineering
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Textile Technology
- Polymer Science and Technology
- Mathematics and Computer Science
For submitting the objections, the applicant will have to send an email to KEA in its official website. The objections must be accompanied with the justification supporting it and the last date to send the objections is July 17, before 5.30 pm. While submitting the objections, the candidates should clearly mention the subject, version code and question number.
The decision will lead to the preparation of final answer key, based on which the entrance test result will be declared. The objections submitted within this time frame will be placed before the experts’ committee by KEA and the final decision on the objections will be sought. The results will be declared by judging the answer sheets of candidates on the basis of final answer key.
As the answer keys have been published late, it is expected that Karnataka Examinations Authority has conducted Post Graduate Common Entrance Test for merit-based admissions to 1st year/ 1st semester MBA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Arch courses and 2nd year Lateral Entry to MCA course.
