Karnataka +2 Exam Result 2017 will be Released on 26th July

2017 Karnataka PUC II exam result will be released in the official website, Karnataka’s Department of Pre-University Education (DPUE) will declare the second year pre-university course (PUC II) or Class 12 supplementary exam results on 26th or 27th of July.

Students after release can download their respective result from the official website, Students by logging into the official website and entering their roll number and date of birth can easily download their respective admit card.

Every year thousands of students appear for the said exam and this year a total of 6.79 lakh students appeared for the II PUC exam of which 5.44 lakh students were appearing for the first time. And only 52.38 percent of students passed the II PUC exam in Karnataka this year, which incidentally is also the lowest pass percentage since 2012. In 2016, the pass percentage for Karnataka II PUC exam was 57.2 percent.

The Department of Pre-University, Government of Karnataka is the organisation for implementation of higher secondary education in the state. It functions under the department of primary and secondary education.

On May 11, 2017 the examination was held and the main exams of II PUC was conducted from March 9 to March 27 earlier this year, the Karnataka Secondary Education Bard last week declared the results of the SSLC Supplementary Results on July 13.

The exams are a state controlled exam equivalent to Class 12 supplementary exams. Students who failed to clear the Karnataka II PUC exams get a second chance to clear it by writing the supplementary exams. The Karnataka II PUC main exams were conducted from 9 March to 27 March.

The DPUE, affiliated to the Government of Karnataka, is responsible for implementing higher secondary education in the state. It functions under primary and secondary education departments.
