Maharashtra 2017 CAP Third Seat Allotment Result yet not Released


2017 DTE Maharashtra CAP Round 3 allotment and the final merit list for the Engineering Admissions will be released soon in the official website, DTE Maharashtra will publish Provisional allotment of CAP Round 3 for Engineering Admissions today (25th July, 2017). the official announcement has been made by the board of Directorate that the result allotments will be published by 5 pm.

After release students can check their allotment letter from the official website, Students by logging into their personal panel and entering their roll number and other required details can easily download their respective results.

DTE is holding centralized counselling for Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) qualified candidates against around 1.3 lakh seats in Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology (B.E/ B.Tech) course. Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra has completed two rounds of Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) and the status of vacant seats after CAP round 2  was displayed on DTE website on July 16. The candidates were given 7-day window to change options from Sliding or Floating or Freezing and vice-versa as well as online submission and confirmation of option form was also to be done by 5 pm, July 22. As per the schedule of CAP Round III, DTE Maharashtra will publish provisional allotment of CAP Round 3 today on July 25.

The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of their position in the merit list as well as the options entered by them in the given window. If a candidate is allotted a seat for the first time, he/ she will have to report to the Admission Reporting Center (ARC) as per allotment. The dates for reporting for such candidates are from July 25 to 28, up to 5 pm.

DTE Maharashtra will seek the reports from the Institutes and the status of vacant seats after CAP Round 3 will be displayed on July 31. DTE will further hold one additional round of counselling for filling vacant seats in Government/ Government Aided Institutes onlyFor securing admission to the allotted seat, the candidates will have to report to the Allotted Institute and confirm their admission by submitting required documents and remaining fee on or before July 29.
