CTET Admit Card 2018

The latest news from CBSE is that Central Teachers Eligibility Test i.e. CTET Admit Card 2018 is released. The registration process started from 1st Aug 2018 to 30th Aug and examination will be on 9th December 2018. CTET recruitment test will bee conducted in 20 languages across 92 cities in India. Candidates must visit the official website of CTET and download the admit card before the exam. Check all the details mentioned on admit card and carry valid id proof along with admit card to examination center. 

Exam Details and Timing – CTET Admit Card 2018

CTET exam is on 9th December as mentioned above. Exam will be conducted into two shifts. Paper 2 will be conducted in morning shift and paper 1 will be conducted in evening shift. Morning shift timing will be from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and Evening shift timing will be from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

CTET Admit Card 2018 Details of Question Paper

Question paper will me multiple choice question with 150 questions. Each questions carrying one mark for correct answer and there will be no negative marking. There will be two question papers. Paper 1 will be for candidates who intents to be teacher of class 1st to 5th and paper 2 will be for candidates who intents to be teacher for class 6th to 8th. Candidates who intents to be teacher for class 1st to 5th and 6th to 8th both need to give both exams i.e. paper 1 and paper 2.

  • Paper 1 comprises of following topics:
  • Child Development and Pedagogy — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks
  • Language 1 (Compulsory)                — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks
  • Language 2 (Compulsory)                — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks
  • Mathematics                                       — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks
  • Environmental Science                    — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks
  • Total Questions                                  — 150 MCQs — 150 Marks
  • Paper 2 comprises of following topics:
  • Child Development and Pedagogy — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks
  • Language 1 (Compulsory)                — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks
  • Language 2 (Compulsory)                — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks
  • Mathematics and Science                — 30 MCQs — 30 Marks

Results for both the papers will be available online. Candidates qualifying the CTET 2018 will not confront any other recruitment process. This is the only employment process for the government school teacher across India. Candidates who will score minimal 60% in exam which means those candidates who will mark 90 question correct out of 150 will be qualified. CTET cut off may vary from category to category. 

How to get Copy of CTET OMR Sheet or Answer Key

From this year candidates can get the OMR sheet of correct answers alsi from the department. How? we will tell you. Although answer key anf OMR sheet with correct answers will be uploaded on official website but if still candidates need their own OMR sheet they can apply for it. Get the demand draft prepare of Rs. 500/- in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education from any nationalize bank payable at Delhi. Post that DD on the official address along with application that you require OMR sheet with correct answer marked.
