By distributing 2600 boiled eggs to six schools across the Jalgaon district in Pune, India is celebrating the egg day. “Only small amount of cholesterol, Eggs are low in saturated fat and they have no trans-fat, Most of the fat present in the eggs are the ‘good’ unsaturated fat that we need to be healthy.” Added Senior Nutritionist, and Wellness Consultant, Healthians, Saumya Satakshi.
