Gujarat University L.L.B Final Merit List Released Today


Gujarat University is going to release its first allotment result, the final merit list will be released today (24 June), on the official website for the integrated 5 years law course.The final merit list will display the allotment status of the Students who have registered for the programs including B.A.LL.B, B.Com.LL.B and B.B.A.LL.B being offered at Center of Legal Education affiliated to the University.

Students can get their allotment letter from the official website, Students by logging into personal panel and entering necessary information can download their allotted result.

Gujarat University has constituted Gujarat University Admission Committee to regulate the admission process to the various programs offered by the University affiliated institutions and on the other hand it offer courses, the Committee invited applications from Law aspirants for admission into 5-year Integrated Law programs.

The Admission Committee over there is holding the admission for all the available seats, in which 25% is reserved for the  management program in each Center of Legal Education. The candidates who had passed the qualifying exam with minimum 45% marks in aggregate were only eligible to fill the application form.

The provisional merit list was released  by the examination Committee on 19th June based on the application filled by the students, Two days (21 & 22 June) were given to the students to report the examination council if they found any error in their provision merit list. It has been officially announced by the Board that the Gujarat University final merit list will be published today which will also include the publication of first allotment list.

The merit list will be prepared by the Gujarat University for the candidates on the basis of marks only, by taking the account of  percentage obtained in Theory subjects in the Board examination seats will be allotted to students. If the merit marks among candidates are equal, then the marks obtained in English subject will be considered. And If the tie still remains same, then the aggregate marks of SSC examination and date of birth will be considered for determination of merit.

Students are also required to indicated choices, 5 on a minimum order for their selected course and centers of legal Education Online. And the seat will be allotted to the students on the following basis:

  • On the basis of merit
  • On the basis of choice of the candidate
  • On the basis of category
  • And on the basis of availability of seats

Gujarat University has officially announced that the students who have been allotted the seat will have to take the print out of the Information Letter and Bank Fee Receipt copies from the official website.

After the release of Gujarat University allotment list, Students who are satisfied with the allotment, have to produce the Admission Offer Letter and the receipt of Fee issued by bank with all original documents and testimonials for verification at the allotted Center of Legal Education within the given time.

And the candidates who are not satisfied and wants a change can wait for the reshuffling round and if he/she does not want to take admission at the allotted center, then he/she must report at the allotted center of legal education regarding this. At the reshuffling option, the candidate had to opt for the other Center giving fresh options/ choices.

The candidates allotted a seat will have to deposit the tuition fee in the Bank and secure admission by reporting at the Allotted Center on or before 29th June. As the academic session  will start from 1st July, while the vacant seats remaining over their after the first allotment round will be displayed on 3rd July. And the candidates who wish to opt for reshuffling option, will have to enter fresh options on 3rd July and the second allotment list will be published on 5th July.
