IBPS RRB Office Assistant Result 2017 will be out in January

Several organisations have claimed that IBPS result for office assistant 2017 will be declared soon in this month only, but there is no exact information for the result declaration on official website. On the contradictory note, based on past few years indiannewstalks.com analysed that IBPS result office assistant will not be declared this month at least, but YES possibilities are for the next month that IBPS RRB Office Assistant Result 2017 will be out in January 2018. IBPS exam was conducted on 12th November for different posts.

After completing the pre-examination for officer scale I and office assistant, IBPS planned to conduct exam again for main/single examination for officer (scale I,II&III) on 5th November for which the result was declared on 23rd November. Candidates appeared on 12th November IBPS Office Assistant exam are waiting for their result. If we talk about trend, it is clearly mentioned in IBPS information brochure that tentative schedule for the provisional allotment to the post of office assistant will be declared in January 2018.

Candidates selection will be based on IBPS final interview. The IBPS interview will be coordinated by NABARD and IBPS for Nodal Regional Rural bank. As per schedule in brochure the interview will be conducted in the same month when the result will be declared and the IBPS result 2018 for office assistant is expected in January 2018.

IBPS Office Assistant Selection Process: This process includes two examination i.e. preliminary exam and main exam. Candidates who qualifies pre exam get the chance to sit for the main exam, so pre exam was conducted in September whose result was out in October followed by main exam held in November and result is awaiting. Candidates qualifies main exam will be called up for the interview process after the result, and hence allotment for the job will be on the basis of vacancies reported by RRBs in each state.

The allotment of the qualified candidates for the job will be made on merit-cum-preference, restricted within the RRBs of the state opted by the qualified candidates. In can if the two students carrying the same marks then merit order will be decided on the base of birth date of the candidate, the elder will be given priority then the younger one.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Examination Date Released, Check Now

2017 IBPS examination is going to be held soon, as per the official notification the examination most probably will be held in the month of December 2017. So only few weeks are left for the 2017 Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) examination.

Every year thousands of candidates appear in IBPS examination and this year as per official notification IBPS board has 7883 clerical cadre posts vacancy in 19 participating organisations two months. The pre-exam training was going to be held from November 13 to 18, 2017, and the admit cards for PET are expected to be released in November first week. After that, the aspiring candidates will be able to download their admit card till the exam day, however, it is advised to get the admit card as early as possible to avoid any issue.

The candidates can download the admit cards from the official website, candidates by logging into their personal panel and by entering their own registration number and Password/Date of Birth, can easily download the admit card. No hard copy of the call letter/ Information Handout etc. will be sent by post/ courier. Call letters will feature the Centre, venue address, date and time of the preliminary examination. And no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without it, Call letter is a must.

As per the structure of the examination, Composite time of the exam is one hour in which the aspiring candidates have to answer 10 questions of 1 mark each which comes to total 100.Preliminary Examination has been divided into three sections:

  • English Language
  • Numerical Ability
  • Reasoning Ability

The English Language section will have 30 questions while the other two sections Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability will have 35 questions each. Maximum marks for the English Language section is 30 while the other two sections Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability it is 35.

Candidates have to qualify by securing cut-off in each of the three tests, an adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for online Main examination. The online exam for all these posts will be conducted on December 2 and 3, 9 and 10, 2017.

The notification for CWE CLERKS-VII was issued in August and the online applications were submitted from September 12 to October 03, 2017. During the recruitment time in the clerical cadre of Public Sector Banks is done on State/UT-wise basis, candidates were supposed to apply for vacancies in any one State/ UT only. IBPS is conducting the seventh year Clerk exam for now and hence named IBPS Clerk CWE VII. The IBPS Clerk CWE exam is conducted on two levels- preliminary exam and mains. Students who are qualified in both the examination are selected for the post.

IBPS RRB 2017 Officer Scale 1 Prelims Exam Admit Card Released

2017 IBPS RRB admit card has been released on tuesday (29 Aug,17) in the official website, canidates who were eagerly waiting can now download it. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the call letter for the RRB Office Assistants (Multipurpose) preliminary exam 2017.

As the admit card has been released candidates can download it from the official website, candidates by entering into their persoanal pannel and entering their roll number and date of birth can easily download their respective admit card for 2017 IBPS RRB exams.The applicants must carry their ID card along with the admit card in original and a photocopy too. Aadhaar card or election card will be accepted as the identity proof.

The preliminary exam for RRB Office Assistant posts is scheduled to be held on September 17, 23 & 24 and the admit cards have been issued by IBPS on Tuesday. As per IBPS notification (CRP RRB VI) in July for the recruitment of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks.The Regional Rural Banks (RRB) are banking organizations that work at local or regional levels directed by Government of India in different states of India. The RRBs aim to serve the rural communities with basic banking and financial services. There are total 8,286 vacancies to be filled at various regional rural banks across the country.

2017 IBPS the online application process strated from July 24 and closed on August 14. The  information handout for Office Assistants prelims exam has been made available online along with IBPS RRB Office Assistant admit card. The admit card will remain available until the last day of exam, i.e. September 24.

IBPS RRB Office Assistant exam will be conducted in two phases – Preliminary exam and Main exam. The Prelims exam question paper will consist of two sections.

  • Section-I will have 40 questions of reasoning
  • Section-II will have 40 questions of numerical ability

The duration of the prelims exam will be 45 minutes. Each question will carry 1 mark. The exam will be conducted in both Hindi & English language. The result for Office Assistant preliminary exam will be declared tentatively in the month of October and the qualified candidates will be called for the main exam.

The Main exam pattern for Office Assistant posts will include 5 sections. The maximum marks for the following

  • Reasoning-50
  • Numerical Ability-50
  • General Awareness-40
  • English Language-40
  • Hindi Language-20

Including Computer Knowledge sections. Each section will have 40 questions. The Main exam for Office Assistant posts will be held on 12th November, while the call letters will be issued in the first week of November.

The applicants will be provisionally allotted to a RRB based on their obtained marks in the main examination and the vacancies as reported by the Banks. For Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the provisional allotment shall be restricted within the RRBs of the State opted for. The Provisional allotment will be done tentatively in January 2018.

The candidate have to qualify in both the tests by securing minimum cut-off marks set by the IBPS. As far as the selection process is concerned, the obtained marks in the Main exam will be considered for the final merit listing. The applicants will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main examination to be considered to be shortlisted for provisional allotment.
