News of SSC Delhi Police Constable Exam 2016 leak was fake, Official notification released

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released an important notice for the Delhi Police Constable Exam 2016 regarding the paper leak news circulating. The official site of SSC clarified to the candidates who are appearing in the examination that there is no paper leak in the Delhi Police Constable Exam 2016.

The notification was released on the official site last night. A video was posted on the Youtube, allegedly saying that the leakage of question paper at one exam center in Delhi. In the notice, the SSC clearly said that the “youtube” video of ABP news is an old video of the year 2012 that is being circulated. The video talks about the paper leak in Rohini Sector 1, New Delhi, which is not even a venue for Delhi Police Constable Exam, the SSC cleared. They also added that there have been no such incidents and the security measures for the exam are also doing fine. “The news item is totally baseless and misleading and the Delhi Police Exam 2016 is being conducted by SSC seamlessly throughout the Country,” the Commission further added.

The notification also confirms that 1,95,857 candidates are writing the examination all over 57 centers in the country. It also added that all the security measures absolutely at its place and the examination are being conducted without any hassle. The news of paper leak is merely a rumor and there’s no truth in it. The SSC took the online applications for Delhi Police Constable Recruitment from September 10 to October 10, 2016. Firstly, the Delhi police conducted Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) at various places in the country. The candidates who qualified PE&MT were later issued the call letters by SSC.


SSC CGL Tier 1 2017 Result Released, Check your Result now

2017 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) results of the combined graduate level (CGL) examination has been released on the official website, aspirants who were eagerly waiting for the result can download it from the official website, Staff Selection Commission was held in August.

The SSC CGL 2017 examination (Tier-I) 2017 was a computer-based examination, held from 5 August to 24 August at various centres across the country. Based on the results of CGL (Tier-I) Exam, 2017 the total number of candidates who are provisionally qualified for Tier-II and Tier-III are as follows:

Out of this, reports said, results of ten candidates with roll numbers 2201026842, 2201045468, 2201062554, 2201098871, 2201105924, 2201272135, 2201293503, 2201325697, 2402006180, 2402019194 have not been declared due to court orders.

Due to heavy traffic, the official website might be working slow. It is suggested that candidates view scores after some time. A total of 15,450 candidates have qualified SSC CGL 2017 Tier I, And the successful candidates will now be able to sit for Tier-II examination.

Candidates will be selected on the marks basis, SSC will take account of marks of the Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III to calculate the final score. Candidates have to pass all the tiers separately.

According to the report, a few candidates have started a Facebook campaign listing out their grievances, demanding normalisation of scores. They believe after analysing the answer keys, the questions were comparatively difficult for those who appeared in and before 16 August sessions.

SSC CPO 2017 Result Tier 1 Exam Result Released, Check now

2017 SSC CPO Result for Tier 1 Exam result has been released on the official website of Staff Selection Commission. The CPO Tier 1 Results are out along with the SSC CPO Cut Off 2017 for Tier 1. The SSC CPO Exam was conducted from 1st July 2017 to 7th July 2017 for Paper 1. Now, the SSC CPO Results have been released, so candidates by logging into their personal panel and entering their roll number and date of birth can easily download their respective result of SSC CPO Exam.

Every year thousand of students appear for the said exam and this year also in lakhs candidates appear for the exam in which total of 46,864 male candidates have been able to clear Paper 1. Out of those, there are:

  • 11,457 general
  • 7,383 SC
  • 3,605 ST
  • 21,284 OBC
  • And 3,135 ex-servicemen

There is a total, of 5,441 females who have qualified Paper 1. Among them, there are:

  • 1,722 general
  • 932 SC
  • 376 ST
  • 2,411 OBC

Those who have cleared paper I of the SSC Sub Inspectors in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub Inspectors in CISF examination 2017 will now appear in the Physical Endurance Test. From July 1 to 7, 2017, The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had conducted the CPO examination. The cut off is significantly higher than that of last time. Within two months of the exam now the result has been announced for the paper 1.

There are two lists have been released on the official website,  One is the result PDF file containing the list of male candidates, and the other one is the list of female candidates. Result write up is common for both and it has cut offs.

The CPO 2016 Paper 2 result, which is scheduled to be published on September 8, 2017. SSC is declaring a number of results this month. With CPO 2017 Paper 1 results out, next in line. After that, SSC JHT Result 2017 is going to be published for Junior Hindi Translator.

The latest SSC results calendar shows its date of publication to be September 9, 2017, whereas it has been published on September 6, 2017. it may mean that the other results could also be published early.

The cut off marks for male candidates are as follows:

  • 117.25 for general
  • 90.25 for SC
  • 90 for ST
  • 102 for OBC and 43 for ex-servicemen.
  • And 43 for ex-servicemen.

Likewise, for female candidates the cut off for different categories are as follows:

  • General is 112.5
  • SC it is 84.75
  • ST cut off is 81
  • And for OBC it is 97.75

The Commission has also announced that PET will be held in September month. Hence they should be well aware of the PET / PST parameters. PET and PST will be held by the nodal agency.  The physical standards laid down by the Staff Selection Commission and others involved in the conduct of exam indicate the height and chest size.

Endurance test on the other hand involves:

  • Race
  • Long jump
  • High jump
  • And shot put

Candidates need to clear these rounds and appear in subsequent medical examination in order to become entitled to appear in Paper 2. Along with the SSC CPO Result 2017, dates for Paper 2 have also been disclosed.

It is hereby notified that on December 15, 2017, the Paper 2 will be held candidates need to qualify it. Candidates will be able to download admit card for it from the official website of the commission.

SSC Delhi Police Constable 2016 Recruitment: OBC Certificate Submission, Physical Test

2016 Delhi Police Constable Recruitment, has finally announced the releasing date of OBC certificate submission, From a very long time candidates has been witnessing the challenges, as from the last last year the candidates has been facing difficulties regarding the submission of OBC certificates, So now the board has officially relesed the submission date of OBC certificate for Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2016, Candidates who were eagerly waiting for the release of date, can now check the submission date.

SSC 2016 Delhi Police Constable Recruitment has asked such candidates once again to apply through the official website and update their details. A list of such candidates has been made available on the websites of Delhi Police and SSC. The application portal will remain open till 10th September (5 pm), up to which the candidates are required to update the information. Candidates can know about their names by login into the official website.  SSC will not consider any further request from the candidates once the portal closes. So, candidates without taking any risk should update their information within the given time.

Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2016 has decided that the Physical Test will be conducted once again. According to the norms stated by the Commission, in order to appear for the exam, OBC candidates were asked to submit the OBC certificates in the prescribed format, issued between 11.10.2013 and 08.04.2017.

SSC has recently forwarded a notice on the official portal, stating that the candidates who were sidelined for the physical test due to non-submission of OBC certificates within the cut off dates between 11.10.2013 and 8.02.017, can submit a prima facie proof of being OBC in order to attend PST/PE and MT, which will be conducted once more.

The Physical Test, proposed to be conducted by the Delhi Police shortly, will be conducted for only OBC candidates who were not considered earlier. The physical tests have been conducted by Delhi Police department to fill Constable posts. The commission had refrained to consider anyone, who failed to submit the Certificate according to the provision of the Notice of the Examination, during the test of PST/PE and MT conducted earlier this year.

It was a hard time for candidates who were not selected due to the given problem, many faced a tough time in producing the OBC Certificate within the cut-off date as mentioned in the notice.

Some even knocked the doors of court to challenge these provisions. Seeing the plight of the candidates, the commission has now decided to accept such candidates who were not considered earlier during the Physical test for the recruitment of Constable in Delhi Police-2016, given the candidates need to show a prima facie proof of being OBC.

The candidature of OBC Candidates will remain provisional in nature and the same will be verified by the User Department in the meantime. Candidate if willing to attend PSE/PE and MT. Delhi Police will announce the fresh dates and venue details for Constable physical tests soon.

On September 18 SSC CGL Tier I Exam 2017, Answer Key will be Released

2017 Staff Selection Commission answer key will be released soon the official website, As per the board notification the answer keys for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination, 2017 (Tier-I), will be released on September 18.

After the release of the anwer key students can easily download it from the official website and know about the their number of question they have attempted is correct or not.

As per the notification, every year thousands of canidates appear for the said exam and this year the SSC informed that a total of “15,43,962 candidates 43 batches across the country appeared in this examination which was conducted in past.

”From August 5 to 23, the exam was held and also on the issue of paper leak that was reported by a local newspaper of Jaipur, SSC which was clarified at that very moment, “ so after that the examination has been conducted without any major major issue.”

It has been further informed by SSC that they have registered criminal cases against three candidates indulging in exam related malpractices viz. one case of cheating and two cases of impersonation.

A total of 30,26,599 candidates registered for the exam, The Tier-1 exam is computer based and carries 100 questions of total 200 marks and candidates have to complete it in one hour.

The who question paper is divided into four groups: A, B, C and D with 25 questions each:

  • Part A has questions on general intelligence and reasoning
  • Part B on general awareness
  • Part C on quantitative aptitude
  • And part D on English comprehension

Each section carries a weightage of 50 marks and there will be a negative marking of 0.5 marks for every wrong answer.

SSC CPO 2016 Final Result Will Be Released Tomorrow

2016 SSC CPO final result will be released by the board on tomorrow (15-08-17) in the official website, 2016 examination result will be released by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). As per the official notification it was announced that the Commission of SSC SI/ CPO examination said that the final result for the said exam will be released on Tuesday. So as per the official notice, it is expected that the result will be released tomorrow.After the declaration of result candidates will be able to check SSC CPO result 2016 from the official website, Candidates by logging into their personal panel and entering their roll number and other required details can easily download their respective result.In January 2016, SSC had released the notification for recruitment:

  • Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police & Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs)
  • Assistant Sub Inspector in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)

As per the first notification, the SSC CPO Examination 2016 was scheduled to be held as two papers;

  • Paper 1 on March 20, 2016
  • Paper 2 on June 5, 2016

The whole examination process has been clumsy, but now the declaration of final result will mark the end of controversies. SSC conducted Paper 1 on March 20, 2016 as per the schedule, but the exam was cancelled by the Commission.

Later, SSC decided to conduct the re-examination (Paper 1) in computer based mode. The candidates who had actually appeared in the March 20 exam were then asked to appear for computer-based re-examination on June 4, 5, 6, 7 & 11.

The results of Paper 1 (re-exam) were initially declared on July 20, however, the Commission observed some discrepancies because of system error and therefore the result was withdrawn the same day. Later the revised results were declared on July 28.

Every year thousands of candidates appear for the said exam and this year total 51,659 candidates (46,060 Male & 5,599 Female) were declared qualified in Paper 1. These shortlisted candidates were then asked to appear for Physical Endurance Test (PET)/ PST. The Commission had also announced that it will administer PET & Medical examination in August, followed by Paper 2 in November/ December.

Those found medically fit in PET & Medical exam were then issued admission certificates to appear in Paper 2. SSC conducted Paper 2 for those qualified in PET/ PST on December 18, 2016 and the results were announced on January 31, 2017.

Based on the cut-off in Paper 2, 10,576 candidates were declared qualified. This included 9,650 Male & 926 Female candidates and these were instructed to appear in Review Medical Exam. The review medical examination for the post was scheduled to be conducted by CISF in the month of July. Later, as much as 125 candidates were called at CISF Unit SSC Noida from August 2 to 8.

As per the selection process, These candidates will be recommended for appointment by the Commission on the basis of total marks in written examination, the candidates are to be shortlisted on the basis of total marks in Paper 1 & 2. There will be no interviews under SSC CPO Examination 2016, as clarified by the Commission.

The candidates appointed on the basis of this exam, shall be on probation for a period of two years and during the period of probation, the candidates would be required to undergo such training and pass such examinations as prescribed by the Controlling Authority.
