Trump Talks North Korea Threats in Call, With China Japan Leadership


The dangerous awkward by the North Korea was one of the key topic in the  phone calls between the U.S. President Donald Trump and the leaders of the China and the Japan, along with the  trade issues, the White House said on  this Sunday.

The  Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe spoke with The American President Trump ahead of the  expected meetings with the leaders of the two  biggest economies  of Asia at a Group of more than 20 nations summit in the Germany later this week.

The media of various states of  China reported that the Trump and the Xi had discussed the “peace and stability of the Korean peninsula”, the report said, without exploring it.

Xi told Trump that the “Negative factors” have affected the  Sino-U.S. relations, and the China has already expressed its position to the United States,  according to a read-out of  the telephone call between the leaders carried by the  state television.


The report said that the Trump told Xi that the U.S. government would continue to follow a “one China” policy and that the this position has not ever be  changed.

Xi told Trump that In China people pays great attention to that the  reiteration and everyone  hopes that the United States can “appropriately handle” the Taiwan issue, , according to the television report.

The  China hopes that  the United States can easily handle the Taiwan issue appropriately, in accordance with the “one China policy” principle, Xi told the Donald Trump, the  report of the state television said.

The United States on Thursday targeted the Chinese bank and also sanctioned the Chinese individuals and the firm for the dealing with the  North Korea and also approved around $1.42 billion arms deal with the  Taiwan – decisions that angered in Beijing.

The Japan’s Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Koichi Hagiuda has  told the reporters that in Japan, the United States and the South Korea will have “a trilateral leaders summit at the G20 meeting.”

He said that the two leaders also  agreed that they will urge China to work on the North Korean issue.

Trump, who held talks with Abe earlier this year at the president’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, has forged a united front with the Japanese leader on the need to exert pressure on North Korea to curb its nuclear and missile development.

During and after the  Florida summit with the Xi in April at Mar-a-Lago, Trump praised his Chinese counterpart for the to work on the North Korean issue and has held back on the attacking Chinese trade practices he railed against during the presidential campaign.

But Trump has recently suggested he was running out of patience with China’s modest steps to pressure North Korea, which is working in the  development of  a nuclear-tipped missile capable of hitting the United States, and has been considering the ahead on  the trade actions.
